Château de Laussac
Remarkably located on the limestone slopes next to Saint-Emilion. The Chateau de Laussac has been a privileged location dedicated to wine for over 200 years.
The wine estate is located in the village of St Magne de Castillon (Castillon Cotes de Bordeaux AOC) with 31 hectares of vines. The annual production is 160,000 bottles that is divided in 4 red wines that match a singular terroir for each cuvée.
Alexandra and Nicolas acquired the château in 2004. Since then it has been the renowned Oenologist, Michel Rolland, who is the consultant. Chateau de Laussac benefits from the most attentive and enlightened care in both the vineyard and the cellar with a spirit of excellence and a quest for perfection.
With uncompromising conviction, today it pursues its ascension towards greater refinement and complexity.
Château de Laussac crafts wines of a rare pleasure, voluptuous, that enchant both amateur and fine connoisseurs alike.
Since October 2011, the property has been engaged in the Environmental Management System through the Inter-Professional Wine Council of Bordeaux (CIVB).
Château de Laussac recently participated in the JAPAN Wines & Spirits Awards 2021 and won TWO GOLD Medal Awards in this prestigious competition:
